Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days for most items and up to 7 for orders containing customizable items. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as around holidays or promotional events), there may be additional delays in processing time. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the processing of your order, we will contact you via email to provide additional information.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We do not cover the costs of taxes or duties on our end. This is the responsibility of the customer based on their region.
